Alcoholic beverages are rich with calories. Not only they are rich with calories but they have other adverse effects too. These beverages increase your appetite and you have a feeling to eat more and more. The reason behind the increased appetite is that they confuse the part of the brain which gives you the feeling that you are full, the alarm that goes in your brain to tell you that you have had enough and when that alarm goes off, you never feel contented rather you crave for more and more food.

 

Soft Drinks

Soft drinks are the worst thing that make your body become fat and lousy. The reason behind that is the excessive amount of sugars in soft drinks.

Although it’s hard to get rid of the soft drinks because they are now common everywhere and you end up having one everytime you go out with your friend or you go to visit some one because soft drinks are our go-to drinks.

These drinks slow down your metabolism and make your body prone to getting more fat on. Even if you take one of those diet and sugar free drinks, they have their adverse effects too.

To explain this, consider an example that if you hear the knock on your door, your brain starts on thinking who it can be on the door and then you head towards the door.

Same goes for chewing gum, when you are chewing a gum, your brain sends a signal to your stomach to get ready for some incoming food. As the stomach receives this message, it prepares to dissolve and digest the food by producing stomach acid. When too much stomach acid is produced in your stomach, you end up feeling hungry and you crave for more food which leads to the increased amount of fat in terms.

 

Sodium

If you want to decrease your belly fat, you should immediately switch on low sodium diet. Not only does it difficult to lose fat but it also produces some fluids that make your body prone to getting on more fat. So avoid consuming too much sugar and salt.
